1 C pitted dates (soaked for at least one hour) 3 T raw cacao 1 t cinnamon 1 t cardamon 1 t vanilla extract ½ C shredded coconut (set half aside for rolling) ¼ t sea salt Pinch of cayenne, optional ½ C walnuts optional

Blend ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate.
