Palmer, 33, St. Croix Falls was arrested on February 9 for possession of meth and meth paraphernalia. Bradley B. Quinn, 32, St. Croix Falls was arrested on February 9 for possession of meth, possession of meth paraphernalia, bail jumping (felony) and obstructing. Matthew Ray Hancock, 29, Amery was arrested on February 9 for bail jumping (felony). Michael D. Leitzke, 44, Amery was arrested on February 9 for possession of meth, possession of meth paraphernalia and possession of THC (second). Patrick Joseph Larson, 33, Amery was arrested on February 8 for obstructing.
