The stroom’s queens room offers three course evening dinner & disco priced at £26.00 per person Tuesday to Thursday & £32.00 per person Friday & Saturday. Special offer for party organisers - £10.00 of stroom vouchers for every 20 guests you bring to us this Christmas (applies to queens room only).

The Cellar Bar - Function Room The cellar bar at the stroom is our dedicated private function room, with large bar & disco facilities: an ideal venue for parties of between 60 and 120 people. We have a number of buffet menus available starting from just £4.50 per person. These are available to view on the functions page of our website, alternatively please contact us for further information. All our produce is locally sourced and dishes are home-made by the stroom’s award winning chefs so you can be guaranteed of the freshest and tastiest food. Room hire charges: • £140 Tuesday to Friday • £180 on Saturday and Sunday Booking is available for either 10am to 3pm or 7pm to 12.30am (additional hours may be available for a charge - please enquire). An additional bond of £200 is required and is fully refundable after the party, subject to no damage/loss occurring. You are now able to book the cellar bar on a room-only basis. This offers you the flexibility of providing your own buffet, for more information please contact us. We can provide a DJ to make your party go with a bang! Our DJs carry a full range of music. Should you have any special requests then we will endeavour to obtain it, given sufficient notice. DJ charge is £160.00 and discos finish at 12.30am. Karaoke is also available, please ask for more details. You are welcome to bring your own DJ to your function free of charge, they must bring all their own equipment. If you should require the use of our music/lighting system for your own music/DJ then a £40 fee is charged. Christmas crackers & rocket balloons also available at a cost of £1.00 per person.

Cellar Bar Buffet Menus We offer a number of buffets to suit everyone’s taste and budget. These range from informal finger buffets to hot fork selections:

We serve Christmas day lunch in both the stroom restaurant and queens room. The stroom restaurant is ideal for smaller intimate gatherings, tables are available from 12.00noon to 4.00pm. Our queens room is great for larger parties. Tables may be booked between 12noon and 1pm and between 3pm and 4pm. Tables booked for the early sittings are reserved for a two and a half hour period. Our stunning three course lunch with coffee is available in either room for ÂŁ55.00 per adult and for ÂŁ25.00 per child (up to 12 years of age). Some of the dishes in this brochure may contain nut products or substances to which you may be allergic. Please ask our staff for information when selecting items, special dietary requirements will be catered for.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner M o n da y 3 1 s tDec emb er 2012

In the stroom on new year’s eve, you can enjoy a three course gala dinner. For those who wish to eat early and go on to a party elsewhere, try our early bird menu. Tables may be booked between 5.30pm to 6.45pm at a cost of £35.00 per person. Tables reserved for the early bird menu must be vacated by 8.30pm. For those who wish to dine later, tables are available from 7.30pm onwards at a cost of £50.00 per person and include the opportunity to enjoy the disco & celebrations taking place in our queens room. In the queens room, enjoy a three course gala dinner with the added bonus of a disco starting at 7.30pm. Dinner will commence at 8.00pm with celebrations starting about 10pm and going on until the wee small hours, only £50.00 per person.

Terms & Conditions Reservation • All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for a maximum of 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. • Food pre-orders must be submitted prior to the date of the reservation where applicable Payment • Deposits and pre-payment are required for the featured events in this brochure (except the Festive Menu in the stroom restaurant). At the time of booking, a non refundable deposit of £10 per person is required. The balance of payment must be made by 1st December 2012. When booking after 1st December 2012, full payment is required. • To pay by credit or debit card, complete and return the booking form. • All additional charges incurred during your visit must be settled prior to leaving. Cancellations • Bookings not paid in full by 1st December 2012 or at time of booking if booked after this date (which ever is the earlier), will be deemed to have been cancelled, and any monies paid will be retained by the stroom. • No refunds of monies paid will be made on cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending, unless the stroom is able to resell the space. In such circumstances the refund will be payable after the date of the booked event. • Monies for non arrival are forfeited and cannot be transferred. Children • Children are very welcome. They are charged at 50% of the menu price. Any children attending your function must be supervised at all times, particularly in the corridor & stairs area. General Information • The information in this brochure is correct at the time of printing. The stroom reserves the right to amend its packages and prices at any time before booking. • All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate at the time of the event. If the general rate of VAT is altered, our prices will be modified accordingly. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion. • We reserve the right to alter, substitute and /or amend the contents of an event, or to cancel an event or package for any reason, for example, if there is a shortfall in the minimum numbers. • The stroom reserves the right to amend menus and dishes and/or to offer suitable alternatives. • In the interest of safety of guests, food and drinks are strictly prohibited from the dance area. In the event of any spillage of food or drinks on the dance floor, guests are to inform any member of the staff immediately. • Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you and your guests taken in the aggregate, is limited to the price of your booking. • The stroom will not be liable to you for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.
