The Standard News

The Standard News is a publishing company who prints a weekly newspaper which is distributed throughout the Kawartha Lakes Region and Durham Region, in the province of Ontario, Canada. The Standard News is an independently owned newspaper which is a member of the Ontario Community Newspaper Association (OCNA). The Standard Journalist's cover local civic news, sports, entertainment and events. The Standard News also publishes magazines, booklets and flyers. The Standard was established in 2004 and hasn't missed an edition since.
