The Shoals Suites & Slips is The Northfork’s newest gem, offering every facet of what the biggest day in your life deserves. From your waterfront ceremony, intimate rehearsal dinner, lavish reception, impeccable accommodations and your closing morning brunch, our little treasure provides it all with style and finesse.

SPACES WITH A VIEW

Our premier versatile spaces present a picture-perfect atmosphere to leave long lasting impressions. Our outdoor spaces can accommodate ceremonies and receptions alike, for up to 100 guests. These spaces are ideal for tents and signature lighting and décor packages to set your special day apart. One of our distinguishing features available is a departure from the traditional walking down the aisle, to rather flowing in for the nuptials on the tides of the Peconic Bay on our retro styled Chris Craft 28 Corsair water craft. Your dedicated event specialist can make this an many other special touches making it a one-of-a-kind celebration.

Our indoor spaces are glass enclosed featuring the magnificent backdrop of the stunning Peconic Bay. These spaces are most notably referred to as “perfection” from our guests from all over the world. This space, accommodating up to 75 guests is ideal for hosting your rehearsal dinner, reception or after glow brunch. Meticulously sourced furnishings lend a sense of modern refinement along with small town warmth and charm.

OYSTER AND BAYVIEW LOUNGES

Our lounge areas evoke the historic operational marina where our property is nestled alongside, creating signature moods and aesthetics. Oyster Lounge boasts 1,200 square feet of luxury with Bayview Lounge complimenting with and additional 700 square feet. Be swept away from the normal daily bustle into the peace and serenity these lounge areas provide.

NORTH AND EAST LAWNS

The Shoals Lawn has been voted “One of the Best New Waterfront Wedding Venues” on the Northfork. Seeing is believing, and we invite all our guests considering The North Fork as your destination to be our guest for a glass of bubbly and fresh shucked oysters from one of our preferred partners, Little Ram Oysters situated next to the Hotel. You will be able to bask in the tranquility of our Lawns and discuss one-onone with your dedicated event specialist.

Ceremonies and receptions won’t find a better home than our plush Lawns, fresh air, scenic views and the most friendly service in the region.

EPICUREAN DELIGHTS

The Shoals is associated with many exclusive and top rated catering facilities on Long Island. Northfork Table & Inn, Southold Social and Southold General just to name a few. Your event specialist can assist in connecting with these and other preferred caterers in the region. From sit-down dinners, hand passed hors d’oeuvres and themed action stations, every palate will revel in the available culinary delights.

REST IN STYLE

Let your out-of-town guests be pampered in our immaculate suites designed by world renowned Thomas Juul-Hansen. Every element offers comfort and style and was hand selected to ensure convenience and touches of elegance. All of our 20 suites feature Frette bedding, smart televisions, walk in showers featuring Malin + Goetz toiletries, LavAzza coffee machines, and plush robes. Your dedicated event specialist can work with you to arrange for a group suite block reserved under your wedding party’s name.

The Bride and Groom can reflect and basque in the days celebration in our signature “Grand Suite”. No comfort is overlooked in this one-of-a-kind guestroom experience. Opulence meets tranquility with a twist.

SIGNATURE TOUCHES

Our team loves when we can add that little something special in your out-of-town guests accommodations. Sense of arrival sets the tone and we offer services for pre-placement of gift bags, individualized welcome letters, gourmet confections from local artisans, turn down service with all the trimmings, a smooth bottle of goodness from one of our plethora of Long Island Wine Trail partners or a platter of freshly shucked oysters paired with locally sourced craft brewers. Your dedicated event specialist will assist in customizing your guest’s experience.
