Key results are tied to tangible milestones.

TEAM OKRs

Team OKRs establish priorities for what each team wants to accomplish as a unit. Rather than summarizing individual OKRs, these should focus on enabling company-level Key Results and Objectives.

INDIVIDUAL OKRs

Personal OKRs define what each colleague is working towards. These are usually established by the colleagues themselves (that’s you!) and feed into team and company OKRs.
