A quarterly meeting hosted in the Joseph M. DeCapua Community Theater – and streamed live for remote employees unable to attend in person – featuring an in-depth look at sales results, updates on all divisions and strategic objectives, and a chance to recognize achievements of our Colleagues – professionally and personally.

The Sendout

A monthly e-blast and quarterly printed newsletter designed to celebrate a #dawsome culture, generate excitement for Company events, and educate Colleagues on industry news and business initiatives.

The Dawson Annual Meeting

To kick off the year and get all of our Colleagues aligned, we close all offices for a full-day of informative and educational activities. Annual goals are defined and presented, guest speakers provide inspiration and insight, and interactive sessions allow our Colleagues from all of our offices and branches to network and share best practices with each other.

Dawson Dial-In

A monthly, all-company conference call to discuss high-level financial results, company initiatives, and upcoming events/important dates.

COMMUNITY CHAMPIONS VTO BONUS

Creating community engagement opportunities is another way to enrich and inspire the lives of our employees. Plus, volunteering is a great chance to network and show our partner Clients that Dawson’s values align with theirs.

Dawson’s volunteer program helps you earn an extra day off (adjacent to an upcoming paid holiday) for every 20 hours you volunteer in the community. All regular full-time employees can earn up to 6 VTO days by volunteering 120 hours in a calendar year.
