The University of Bath's Rocket Team One of the first engineering student teams in the UK and EU aiming to compete in the internationally attended Spaceport America Cup in 2019 Bath University Rocket Team is the University of Bath's newest engineering competition team, created in 2018 to debut its rocket in the 2019 Spaceport America Cup. The team, with 12 full-time members, are designing, building, testing and will launch a high-powered rocket with a target apogee of 10,000 ft carrying an in-house designed and built payload. We look for your support to help us make an impression in the world of student built high powered rockets. We will be entering the commercial off the shelf solid rocket motor category, aiming to prove ourselves and showcasing your support for us along the way.
Sponsorship Bath University Rocket Team receives support from the University, however we require support from sponsors in various forms to make our dreams of building a rocket a reality.
Sponsorship Benefits Brand Presence Sponsoring Bath University Rocket Team will give your company the opportunity to have your logo present and visible through on-rocket branding, branding on exhibition material, and our social media and physical presence on the University of Bath campus. The Spaceport America Cup sees over 2000 passionate, bright and brilliant STEM students come together in one place, to do one thing: design rockets. As part of the competition, there is an exhibition day where students gather and present their designs to members of industry and each other. Being present at this event as part of the team's branding, design and presentation material will provide targeted promotion to a large base of young engineers, academics and members of the aerospace industry. We have significant social media coverage, with a large following of STEM students, as well as interest from other academic streams as well.

Students Bath University Rocket Team consists of passionate and motivated individuals who are committed to pursuing excellence in the work they do. Multiple students are involved; from the year who will be competing to the first and second years helping out with the build. What We Can Offer Bath University Rocket Team needs your support to design, manufacture, and transport our Rocket to take part in the Spaceport America Cup. We are offering a range of benefits to all potential sponsors to encourage you to join us on our journey. Regardless of the size of donation, all sponsors will be entitled to: - Logo and company information on our Website. - Access to our social media following through public posts on our pages. - Copies of our team newsletter. - Invite to our 2019 launch event.
Sponsorship Levels Bath University Rocket Team offer a range of additional benefits, organised in a sponsorship level system. Sponsoring us at one level will also entitle you to the benefits of all the lower levels. This also gives you an idea of how your donation will help us on our journey. We hope to have a special relationship with each of our sponsors, and so the levels below are a guideline. As we expand over the next few years we would love to develop continuing relationships with sponsors and are also interested in other non-cash help that you could offer, such as manufacturing assistance.
