Any space requested or ad(s) submitted after this time is not guaranteed to be placed in the current issue being produced. First time advertisers are asked to submit new ad materials with their space reservation request. Ads Due: Complete ads must be submitted to us by 5:00 PM on this day. A complete ad consists of each and every address the advertiser wishes to run, plus complete ad copy and instructions. An MLS link to the properties is accepted. DistributioN: The books are expected to arrive by this date and distribution will begin. We cannot guarantee this date & ask that if you have a special show or need that you let us know so we can best help you choose your publication that will best coincide with your event.
