“For me there are few properties that come to the market in such a fantastic location it is very rare to have so many
amenities on your doorstep, that's not to mention the stunning interior!”

“When we were still looking for a home we loved the quiet neighbourhood and convenient location. We're close to the retail and leisure parks and nearby to the town centre, motorways and the train station so it's really easy to get around but we're also very nearby to some beautiful countryside so it doesn't feel like you're living in a busy area."
“Our favourite time of year here is the spring time, there's always lots of wildlife around, especially on the canal and we really like that the parish council plant and display lots of pretty flowers and plants on the estate in the spring.”
"We love to go out for lunch and do some shopping over at Sixfields and then we always like to go for a nice walk back through through Upton Country Park and along the Grand Union Canal, especially in the spring time when the goslings and cygnets have hatched."

Northampton
Archaeological evidence of settlement in the area dates to the Bronze Age, Romans and Anglo-Saxons. In the Middle Ages, the town rose to national significance with the establishment of Northampton Castle, an occasional royal residence which regularly hosted the Parliament of England. Medieval Northampton had many churches, monasteries and the University of Northampton, all enclosed by the town walls. The town was the site of two medieval battles, in 1264 and 1460.
The Great Fire of Northampton in 1675 destroyed much of the historic town. However, Northampton was soon rebuilt and grew rapidly with the industrial development of the 18th century. The town continued to expand with the arrival of the Grand Union Canal and the railways in the 19th century, becoming a centre for footwear and leather manufacture. Growth was limited following the World Wars until it was designated a New Town in 1968, accelerating development which has continued into the 21st century.

West Northamptonshire
West Northamptonshire was formed on 1st April 2021 through the merger of the three non-metropolitan districts of Daventry, Northampton, and South Northamptonshire.
The West Coast Main Line and the M1 and M40 motorways pass through the district, and it includes the site of the Roman town of Bannaventa and the grade I listed Althorp House and its estate.
