Grant has over 35 years’ experience in property, finance and the letting industry, specialising in HMO’s. And for 20 years he has been involved with the local property market as an investor and agent. With a long-standing interest in sport, Grant has played cricket for the county and, for the last two seasons, has been involved as Chairman of Peterborough Sports F.C., who are the premier non-league team in the area.
Lisa has been an estate agent in Peterborough since 1991 and opened our Sales Office in August 2018 she always goes above and beyond for her clients and her attention to detail is second to none. Having helped thousands of people move during her 25 year career, many come back to her for her personal approach and experience.
Karl started his Estate Agency career in 2009. He joined the Bee Residential Team in October 2019 and has a vast knowledge of the Peterborough Property Market. His friendly personality makes clients feel at ease and he also takes pride in great customer service.

Shirley started her estate agency career in the late 1980’s and then spend 22 years working for the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) in a customer service role. She is very down to earth and makes people feel at ease, clients have commented that they feel like they have known her for years. Her support to the sales team is essential.
Marisa joined the company in 2015 and deals with customers face to face on a daily basis showing and letting out Bee Properties. She has excellent customer and communication skills.
Lesley joined us Summer 2019 with over 35 years’ experience working in the financial services sector, including a spell in arrears management. As well as providing support to various functions of the business, she also has responsibility for managing our rent arrears.
