Here at the Property Collection, we are delighted to announce the design and build of our new website and platform upgrades.
We would like to thank our prodigious estate agents for their input into the design and functionality of our latest innovation which has been the largest investment in our history.
VIDEO STREAMING MEDIA PLAYER The loading speed of your video-based website will be significantly improved with the media player background streaming from YouTube. The half opaque black overlay elevates the sleekness of this initial view to achieve that first impression of quality and style.
This enhanced media player has the ability to loop your chosen media of videos and images, and our team will reprogramme the start of your playlist with a fresh seasonal video 6 times a year to keep that first visual up to date for optimum engagement.
SOCIAL MEDIA You will see throughout the website that we have integrated WhatsApp as it has become such a popular social media platform to share media.
Another new addition to the home page is the social media wall. We know how important your social media content is and have given it pride of place to shout about your recent posts. The social media wall can display feeds from multiple social platforms keeping your customers up to date with your latest news.
PROPERTY SEARCH The property search has been enhanced to include a search radius around your chosen location, and also to include or remove SSTC properties from the search results. You will also be able to choose which option you would like to display by default.
PROPERTY SEARCH BAR There is a significant improvement in the User Interface for the new property search engine once you have navigated away from the home page.
When you scroll down the page, the property search will stay visible at the top of the page along with the header/navigation bar to ensure easy navigation through your website at all times.
We have added a Search Radius field option after unanimous feedback from our survey, and can decide whether your default settings including SSTC, grid or list view and sorting preference from price and date listed parameters.
INTERACTIVE MAP This is a feature from our existing website which simply just didn’t need to change. The interactive zoomable map pins direct the viewer straight to the property details, and as we have witnessed, the harder we work together to grow your market share, the more impressive this display becomes!

CALL TO ACTIONS Let’s not forget about the all important call to actions to win valuation requests. As per our existing websites, prime clicking position on every page is the VALUE MY PROPERTY button top right corner of every page. Then the additional HOW MUCH IS MY PROPERTY WORTH? buttons throughout the website are in synergy with your brand and shout a consistent call to action message on every page.
MONTHLY CAMPAIGN One feature we wanted to enhance in this upgraded website was the prominent presence of your monthly campaign, so we have added a new campaign banner at the top of your home page that we will change automatically for you each month.
CATEGORISING YOUR SERVICES One thing we have recognised from our existing design is the site page structure not being ideal for a user journey with the video and textual content spread across multiple pages for one service.
Our new site structure allows us to group all your relevant pages into one category; Sales for example in the visual to the right. Your services will now be much clearer to find for every market and type of visitor.
DOWNLOADS A new feature with this free website upgrade, is the ability to have download pages within each service. From a sales brochure, to advice on preparing your house for sale, your website visitors will be required to enter their name and email address to download the file. You will receive email notifications for each download allowing you to follow-up on the sales opportunity.
NAVIGATION VALUATION BUTTON A really clever use of advertising space is our new FREE MARKET APPRAISAL call to action on the drop down menu. This prominent design and reinforcement of branding means no stone is left unturned for the opportunity of a click for a valuation request!
BLOG / NEWS FEED We post daily to your news page to keep your website content SEO friendly and up to date. Our new page design brings movement and interaction on the page as you scroll through, and when you hover on desktop the images will enlarge.
A click on the image or the clear READ MORE button allows a straight-forward click through to the article with related posts at the foot of the article to continue the reading engagement.
VIDEO LIBRARY You will see throughout the website we have gone to great lengths to improve the user experience and easing the navigational routes for your clients.
In this section we have collated all of your video content on one page and your corporate videos will sit pride of place at the top of the page ready to be watched with one easy click, followed by your video content you publish yourself on platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo and they will automatically appear on your website for you every time you upload a new video.
Consistently, with the rest of the website, there are share links available on every video to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp.
MEET THE TEAM Grouped per office, this new sleek layout places multiple office team members on a single page to avoid multiple clicks for your visitors. The images have a professional monotone overlay ensuring the staff members’ name and job title is always visible with its subtle drop shadow, and each image will zoom in when you hover over it on desktop. Once clicked, the staff members’ bio will appear with the option to add an email button and social media account links.
