HOUSEKEEPING

Our staff performs a pre-arrival freshen of the home and then a complete departure clean after guests depart.

GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please deposit all bagged garbage in one of the two available dumpsters, which are shown on the resort map on Page 7. Garbage is picked up daily.

SMOKING AND VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the resort.

ITEMS FOR RENT

• Cornhole boards, cribs, and high chairs can be rented from Guest Services.

• Paddleboards and kayaks are available for rent from Beach Services.

All homes are equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Beach Villa Pool Alarm Instructions

Each Beach Villa is equipped with a pool alarm. To avoid setting off the alarm:

• Going from the interior to the pool deck: Press the pool alarm button located to the right of the sliding door.

• Going from the pool deck to the interior: Press the button to the left of the sliding door.

• Failure to close the sliding door will cause the alarm to beep.

Beach Villa Elevator Instructions

Please follow instructions located inside the elevator cart.

PARKING

Parking passes must be visible on your dashboard during your entire stay. Cars without parking passes are not allowed to park on the property.

• Waterside Retreats: 3 Spaces

• Resort Cottages: 3 Spaces

Resort, Pool, and Beach Rules

GENERAL RULES

• Guests swim at their own risk.

• Glass containers of any kind are NOT allowed at the pool or beach.

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the resort, including the beach.

• Children 14 years of age and younger must always be accompanied by an adult.

• Diaper-wearing guests must wear a protective swim diaper.

• Personal media devices are permitted only when utilized with headphones and only when it does not disturb the tranquility and enjoyment of the amenities by other resort guests.

POOL RULES (HOURS 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Guests CANNOT bring their own coolers.

• Poolside chairs are first come, first serve. Chairs may not be reserved.

• Waterslides may only be used when the waterslide attendant is present.

• No diving.

BEACH RULES

• Use of the resort’s beach access is exclusively restricted to registered guests.

• Only Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort chairs and umbrellas are allowed. Please contact Guest Services at 850.880.8850 to reserve chairs and umbrellas.

• Guests CAN bring their own coolers.

• Fishing and spearfishing are not allowed from our beach unless it is part of a resort-sponsored event.

• Guests must follow the posted Beach Warning Flags. Absence of Beach Warning Flags does not assure safe waters.
