The Chad Scholars Program The Chad Scholars Program provides two annual scholarship opportunities to college-bound high school seniors from the Greater Newark Metropolitan Area. Eligible students must be enrolled in a local public high school (including charter schools), reside in the Greater Newark Metropolitan Area, and have a minimum cumulative grade-point-average of 3.0 (B average).
