The industry has experienced explosive growth in recent years and 2020 has reinforced how important it is to be able to adapt to and think creatively about new challenges. Regularly engaging with our industry partners gives us an opportunity to learn from and appreciate one another’s unique experiences and expertise.
Typically, culture eats change or strategy for breakfast but 2020 has upended our cultural norms and behaviors. It has given us the freedom to redefine ourselves and take risks that we would have never before thought possible.
