Focus on the positives in your life more than the negatives. When negative thoughts arise, think of ac tions you can take now even small ac tions that address your worries Make it a habit to focus on your capabilities

While Gigler ’s coaching is focused on those living with ADD/ADHD, her advice applies to anyone living a hec tic modern life

Meditation and mindfulness are other prac tices proven to strengthen the soul. There are differences between the two prac tices, but they also overlap In a nutshell, meditation is the prac tice of setting aside time to focus on clearing the mind. M indfulness is constantly attuning yourself to the Now, and includes prac ticing mindful meditation. Consider exploring both a little deeper and decide which works best for you.

Me Time

De-stress and re-energize with ac tivities that are relaxing and good for mind, body and soul. (Instead of the “me time” that involves a par tysize bag of potato chips and the T V remote.)
