This drink? It ’s a gentle detox for glo gals It ’ll help say ‘buh-bye’ to the tast y, feel-good indulgences from this season’s smorgasbord of sweetssaturated yummies.
So while taste buds won’t dance in glee, this drink will make the body happy. A great way to star t your day, this detox is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants all the while helping to gently cleanse the body

Yield: 2 ser vings | Time: 35 minutes


Ingredients
• 2 ½ cups boiling water

• 1 lemon cut into round slices
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

• 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 2 teaspoons honey
Direc tions

1 Bring the water to a boil
2 Turn the heat off and add lemon, ginger, turmeric and honey
3. Let steep for 30 minutes.
