Grapefruit Mocktail

Ingredients:

1/4 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 3-5 mint leaves Club soda 1tsp honey Ice

Preparation:

Fill a tall, slender glass with ice. Add 1/4 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, 1tsp honey, and 3 chopped mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour over ice, straining out the chopped mint. Top with club soda and garnish with leftover mint leaves. a
