History

Tim Miller started Fireside Homes Inc. in 1985 and began developing residential neighborhoods in 1986. Fireside has built over 650 homes and has developed 24 communities with more than 1,200 home sites throughout Elkhart County. Byars purchased Fireside Homes from Miller in 2019.
