raduating from college is a pivotal moment in a person’s life story. It’s time to take all that you have learned, in and out of the classroom, and figure out what it means for your life. Whether you are forever finished with school or are continuing on to even higher education, your experiences at Chico State have transformed you, in small ways and big ones. Walking across the stage and receiving a diploma is a huge accomplishment, but that little piece of paper is not the key to your success. It’s the little achievements and the struggles you overcame to get to that stage that have prepared you to take on the whole new set of opportunities that lies before you. Whether you’re freaking out about filling the abrupt expanse of freedom in front of you or already facing a different, but no less structured future, be proud and confident that you are ready to move forward.
