Shop around and compare catering companies. See what your options are in menu selections, pricing, services provided, discounts and payment plans. There may be price differences using glassware verses a quality disposable dinnerware. Many venues and catering companies will discount for a Friday or Sunday event. Food tasting appointments may be offered by some companies upon request. Your caterer should be accessible when questions arise and respond quickly for ease of mind.
