Homestead Lodge Family and Residents Christmas Dinner and Raffle

Homestead Senior Citizens Lodge hosted its annual Christmas Dinner and Raffle for residents and family members on December 15. There was a large buffet with festive food and dishes from every holiday.

Anita and Friends, which is a local music group, performed old traditional and original country music for the crowd. The band is composed of Pearl Kuhn on vocals and guitar, Albert Stewart on fiddle, Jim Davis on vocals and guitar, Brian Esak on bass. Fellow band member Anita Lemko, the other member of the band, was unable to attend the event.

Santa paid a visit and handed out candy canes for all the residents.

The event was a great opportunity for residents and their families to enjoy Christmas together. Funds from the raffle will be used for the residents comfort and care.
