stressed out since signing up for regular classes. I have also seen young men make positive changes in their lives and gain focus.
use jump rope as a warm up and for coordination training. What kind of training did you have?
Which classes do you offer?
Since scheduling is difficult around the full-time job I hold, classes are currently limited to men and teenage boys only. The youngest member is 15 years old, but most of our members are 18 years or older. In the future, I hope to organize groups for women, and children. I also do some private sessions where I teach self-defense to younger students, and work with older clients who require a slower pace than the group classes. What gear do you use in your gym?
We use full boxing gear; such as hand wraps and boxing gloves. During the class we hit punch bags, handheld focus mitts, and even a speed bag. We also
I trained in England for two years in kickboxing, and then in Israel for an additional five years in boxing. Once in the USA I received certification from the Boxing Fitness Institute, combining my knowledge of fitness and boxing. My combined experience in boxing and kickboxing allow me to incorporate kickboxing into the regular boxing program for a lower body workout. It’s been just over three years now that I’ve been teaching boxing in the Monsey area.

What is Kangoo?
Kangoo Jumps — rebound shoes — were originally developed to reduce impact stress on joggers’ joints. It was redesigned in the 1990s to improve comfort and optimize performance, and a little while later became popular in the fitness world. It is considered the world's lowest impact athletic shoe today. It reduces 80% of the impact on joints, making it easier to jump and work out than in conventional shoes. What are some benefits of Kangoo jumps?

It reduces mental stress, enhances the mood and stimulates lymphatic drainage. Its numerous benefits aside, what makes this workout so attractive, and makes people come back again and again is that it’s fun! When doing Kangoo, participants feel that they are exercising for free, not realizing how many calories are being burned while having such a good time. What made you go into this line?
Five years ago, when I was living in Brooklyn, I researched different exercise classes. That was when I discovered Kango, and decided to try it. I was hooked from the first class; I loved the experience! It was really different than any other aerobics class I’d taken before. I’ve always been a gym girl, and over the years, I’ve joined a variety of exercise classes, as I knew it was important for my mind and body. I can’t say I enjoyed them all, but I loved
