You can enjoy a 5.5-mile drive up, with stops at three magnificent scenic overlooks, the Narrows, Lake George Panorama and The Eagle’s Eye, and then park your car at the summit for a 100-mile view of the entire region. There’s also self-guided hiking on the summit. It can also be hiked in about three hours for the round trip.
