Classes run from 9am to 8pm on both days, with coaches spending after-hours evaluating athletes and teams. CWCC coaches are also expected to perform a flawless 4-minute routine, which takes many hours of practice. This routine (in Ashleigh’s case learned on-line) forms the basis of what will be taught during the weekend.
