The launch was addressed by Mrs Michelle Muscat and by Mr John Cassar White, Chairman of Bank of Valletta. Chaired by the spouse of the Prime Minister, the foundation aims to positively empower existing NGOs and associations and to work with them to raise standards, support initiatives and strengthen their voices.
