Common clichés we see posted on social media, yes, but ones worth taking to heart. If we have learned one thing from recent years, it’s that the waves of life are unpredictable. Learning how to embrace those clichés is critical for our well-being, and practicing yoga can help get you there. You may wonder “Exactly what happens on that yoga mat?” When we step onto the mat, and our bodies are faced with challenge (what the heck is downward dog?), we are faced with choices. Within the poses, we can choose selfacceptance or self-criticism. Yoga instructors are the guides that help us navigate these choices until we start to get it right, over and over again. They remind us to let go of our tension and breathe through the poses. They teach us how to surrender. And then the magic happens...we deepen our understanding of ourselves and grow more emotionally intelligent and mentally focused. The benefits ripple into all aspects of our lives - even our relationships! And, by the way, our bodies feel stronger and calmer. It’s an amazing feeling to have both in sync. Babylon Barre Our signature Barre fitness class is a hybrid workout that combines ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Mat Pilates Each class works to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, particularly focusing on the core and spinal strength. Pilates is a safe yet challenging fitness modality that is accessible for all levels.

BodyART A unique physical therapy based class designed to activate breathing, mobilize joints, and provide sustainable longevity for the body. It is great cross training for any other activities!
