y drum teaching method is without a doubt the best way to learn. I show up with an electric guitar and a small amplifier. Students feel the sense of really playing in a band. The difference is unbelievable. Currently, I’m teaching kids as young as nine and adults as old as 70. That’s me on the cardboard boxes. I was 10 years old. I started guitar a year later. At 13, I had my own band, and we made $100 playing at a high school dance. The rest is history! That was my smallest gig. My biggest was playing for Bill Clinton’s inauguration back in ‘93.
