Our mantra has always been, “No perfect people allowed.” We have always desired to create an environment that allows people to be vulnerable, a place where they can understand that they are broken but not rejected, where people can be transparent with their flaws yet still feel safe. People may throw other people away but God never throws anybody away. Jesus says in the Gospel of Luke, “He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; to heal the broken-hearted, to tell the captives they are free, and to tell the blind that they can see again; to preach to those in bondage." Our Vision is to both help those in need and see more people come to know Jesus. Over the last nine years we have been a portable church with no permanent location to call our own. Thanks to the generosity of so many people we are now the debt-free owners of a 35,000 sq. ft building which we will soon turn into our church! We are not going to just be building with bricks and mortar; we are constructing a foundation with love, compassion, and community. We know that we will be a hospital for the hurting in the city of Fitchburg and surrounding regions. Our dream is to create a safe haven for the lost, the poor, and the homeless, where they can find refuge from life's storms, and a supportive environment to offer them a second chance to rebuild their lives. Now that we have a building, let's make it a home. In the following pages, you will see where you can make a significant impact in our area. It will take each of us to reach everyone. What we do now matters but ultimately this life is not just about this life, what we do now carries into eternity. Emy Vazquez Lead Pastor of The Life Church Massachusetts VISION 2024

Through various local outreaches and ministries within our region, we faithfully serve the practical needs of our community.

Because the House of God is meant to be a place of excellence and magnificence, we invest in projects that build and advance the church both practically through first-class facilities and spiritually through strategic ministries.

As we fulfill our mandate to reach the world and expand God’s kingdom, we are always dreaming about future Life Church locations as well as preparing to respond to missions opportunities to keep making a difference in the Earth.

Homeless Outreach - $10,000

For years we have served the homeless in our community by hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner for those in shelters, gathering and distributing wool blankets, partnering with a local family shelter to provide home-cooked meals and groceries throughout the year, distributing blessing bags filled with hygiene items, clothing, sleeping bags, and more. Our Vision for 2024 is greater and we are eager to reach more people and do more for those that are homeless and in need.

Backpack Drive - $5,000

This annual outreach focuses on empowering the next generation by equipping them with the necessary supplies to have a successful school year. We have been able to provide backpacks filled with school supplies to hundreds of children in need in our community and will continue this program in 2024

Big Serve Day - $5,000

Once a year, we gather to serve our city by providing services and completing projects throughout the community. Some of our past efforts include cleaning and organizing the classrooms at both local schools and the Boys and Girls Club and also providing landscaping services to local parks and playgrounds. Our goal for 2024 is to expand and offer more services and projects to better serve our city.

Angel Tree Christmas - $5,000

Together with Prison Fellowship Angel Tree, we extend the hope of the Gospel to children and their families with loved ones in prison. Every Christmas, we minister to children within our community by delivering a gift, the Gospel message, and a personal message of love on behalf of their mom or dad behind bars. VISION 2024

This summer we were able to purchase a 35,000 sq ft. space, on Main St. in Fitchburg, completely debt free. We are now beginning the process of designing our new church home and dream of the possibilities. We know that while a church is the people that make it truly great, having a home can be a catalyst for lives to be changed. Our new building will feature dedicated Kids Life classrooms, provide a space for Axis, Discovery and Life Groups to meet, allow us to expand our outreach efforts and so much more. But above all, it will be a place where people can come to know the love of Christ every week. We know that God ordered our steps to be able to purchase this building. Now we must do our part to reach every one that he has commissioned us to love.

West Africa Outreach Center - $150,000

We are partnering with Vapor Ministries to build a brand new outreach center in the village of Sokome in the nation of Togo. This center will be a hub of hope for the community by providing access to free, clean water, nutritious food, critical care grants for vital health services, and opportunities for education for those without access.

Disaster Response - $60,000

We are a church that responds to needs around our world as they happen. This fund allows us to be prepared to move to action as soon as disaster strikes.

Make Room Coaching Network - $200,000

We have a calling as a church to invest in the Global Church. Make Room exists to train, develop and resource pastors and leaders all over the world. Through our Make Room Whiteboard Sessions, the Make Room Cohort, and our international Make Room events, we take seriously the responsibility of stewarding the influence God has given us.

Global Expansion Fund - $3,000,000

Whether it’s advancing existing regions of The Life Church or launching new locations, this fund is designed to prepare us to say yes when God opens a door. As of the printing of this brochure, we are evaluating several God-opportunities to expand The Life Church into more regions around the world. VISION 2024

We believe that the local church is the hope of the world. Both here in the U.S. and across the globe our church is working to bring the light and love of Jesus to people everywhere. The Bible encourages those who are blessed to bless others – that’s why we feed the hungry, why we create spaces for the hurting, why we respond to disasters, why we help plant churches, why we work to reunite families and why we won’t settle. It is why we will do what we can to help every person that we can. Our Vision is great because the need is great. In the next year, our efforts will reach tens of thousands of people. We are pushing forward to serve and invest more than ever to bring help that transforms lives and changes families. It will take each of us to reach everyone. Let’s continue to be a church that is quick to help those in need and see more people come to know Jesus. Together we can accomplish great things! With love,
