VISIONS
The Lasallian Rheims is something special. Not only do you get to hone your skills, but you also get the chance to meet people and learn from them. I do hope that the future members and Heads would continue to foster that environment. May you continue to have those open arms to bond and service with students who willingly embraced our oath to serve. The future is uncertain but may this uncertain future be good for the Rheims and for all.

I envision the Lasallian Rheims to be one of the best news and creative media organization out there. To reach that point, we need to be passionate to what we are doing. By passionate, I mean that we love what we do and we do it not for ourselves alone but for the common good. May the future members and Heads continue to enkindle that flame of service in their hearts and in their minds. We are already on track to achieving that goal, we just need to keep pressing forward.

The future of Rheims will not only feature news and sports articles but also every student’s experiences, passions, and opinions about certain topics that are needed to be opened up to society as our new generation’s mindset progresses quicker.

The Lasallian Rheims is a big help for each student that wants to improve and find their passion or their self to be able to grow and to do what they love to do. Being part of this organization improve myself and be confident because I enjoy every task that is given to me and I want to provide help to other people. My wish for this organization is to stay the same because it helps the students to be updated every day. It also helps the parents, teachers, and other people to be updated on news and happenings in the school, nationally and internationally. Keep doing your passion because there’s nothing wrong with it. For the next and future Lasallian Rheims members, keep the legacy high and keep the work always done. Enjoy every moment of being part of the group because you will surely learn from each other.

Graduating with the best batchmates that I could ask for is the best thing that can happen to a graduating student like me, sure it’s sad that we have to part ways with each other but it’s also an exciting phase because we get to see the world for what it truly is and this feeling is the same as leaving something that you know will be in good hands and that’s precisely what I see of Rheims. I don’t have high expectations but I do hope that all the hard work and time that me and my batchmates and the previous batches will not be in vain, I hope that the new generation will give their generation a truly worth remembering legacy and of course I hope that I see them having fun and enjoying their time with the future Rheims family.

The future holds more opportunities as we are slowly transitioning back to the face-to-face setup. With that being said, we can move freer and do projects in person. May the future Heads and members do their best in serving the ASJ community with all their heart. For I believe that it is only by serving with love and passion that we can touch hearts and transform lives.

The upcoming school year/s open up opportunities for the return of face-to-face classes; thus, they also open more opportunities for the Lasallian Rheims. I do hope that the future Rheims Heads and Members would be able to utilize this opportunity to bring new things to the table. Maybe new projects? Maybe new ways on delivering service? I know that the future Heads and members are wise and creative so I’ll just brace myself to be blown away of what they will offer the community.
The Lasallian Rheims is not like any organization at all. I have seen and experienced all ends of this organization. Works may be taxing and demanding since multiple Divisions work on things together, but the fun and bond that we have had surpassed the adversities. It is my only hope that the future Heads and members would find the Lasallian Rheims as a Home and a Family, just like us.

May the Lasallian Rheims be recognized not just in the City but across the Philippines as well. However, I do not imply that we focus on getting recognition; rather, I do imply that we be recognized through the service that we give to the whole community. Let us continue to be consistent and progressive, through hardships to the stars.

I envision the Lasallian Rheims to be one of the known news and creative media organizations not just in the City but across the country. We have been climbing the ladder ever since and I believe we have already made substantial progress. Consistency is the key but may the future Heads spark new things for the organization. Continuing what the previous batches have started is good but to move further, we must do something new. Maybe, quarterly talk shows? A Division for the TWG? There are a lot of things that the Rheims can explore upon since we have the skills, courage, and resources to do so. I am looking forward to what you can do and bring to the table.

Ito na yung exciting part. Yung isa sa mga wishes ko for the student (or should I say, school) publication, is magkaroon ng isang full office or journalism room sa school… para hindi tayo nakikigamit ng rooms and other facilities that could be utilized by others more when we are doing face-to-face classes. This way, the organization can realize its objectives more and Rheims staffers can be truly proud to belong to the Rheims family and will say words like “welcome sa bahay ng Rheims” when referring to the Rheims Office. Plus, with this room, the organization can achieve its full potential and reach greater heights. (addn. note: this is inspired from the Student Council Room of Shuchi’in Academy from Kaguya-sama: Love Is War; sanaol na lang may pa student council room hehe)
I want the organization to reach new heights which even the past batches have attempted to reach but came short. Our NSPC dream is still alive and I feel na may makakapasok na sa NSPC in the next batches. I also envision that every student that will join Rheims will have a very positive experience in the organization. May Rheims also serve as a catalyst and avenue for these staffers to dream, envision, perfect their expertise and overcome their fears.
For the heads of the organization this year, gaya ng sinabi ko sa convention natin, it’s your time and do what you love.

For my visions, I’ll be direct since I’ll follow the K.I.S.S principle a.k.a Keep It Short and Simple. May you keep the fire of our passion for our craft and service alive for the next generation of Heads, Staffers, Editors, and Artists. It is not as simple as consistently continuing the things that we’ve started. I do want you guys to find new ways of delivering your service to the community through your own batch identities. Maybe have a new way of broadcasting or a new segment. More than that, I envision Rheims to be known in the City and in the nation as one of the top school publications out there. I know it takes time and effort but I believe that we will get there soon. Our seniors have set the foundations of our organization, it is up to the next batch/es on how will they follow up. Besides, it is your time, not ours. We do not want to limit what you can do and might be doing. Who knows what doors of opportunities may open for you, right? Besides, trying out new things is exciting and pushing, isn’t it?
Additionally, I do hope that Rheims could once again take a stance in the annual NSPC. It has been years since ASJ and Rheims were able to participate in it. We were able to reach RSPC this year which is an achievement on its own. However, I believe that there will be better and more refined writers compared to us that are and would be in Rheims. Go for gold!!
