Hear from a range of speakers, network with colleagues and gain some valuable CPD hours. This one-day seminar focuses on reflection, relaxation and continued rejuvenation as well as the principles and importance of practising self-care to combat stress, burnout and promote healthy practices. PROGRAM: • 5 Keys to achieving optimal nutrition and healthy eating patterns for nurses and midwives • Know Your Self • Mindfulness • Bullying and Conflict Management • Clinical Supervision – taking the emotional load of caring and have it acknowledged and worked through.
