CLEMENTINE PLAISANCE Clementine Cheramie Plaisance, 99, a native and resident of Galliano passed away on January 15, 2016. Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Monday, January 18, and on Tuesday, January 19 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. at the church with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her children; Calvin Plaisance and wife Audrey and Elaine P. JOYCE (LEDET) OUGEL Joyce Ledet Ougel, 87, a native and resident of Larose, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, January 18, 2016. She enjoyed sewing and quilting and loved spending time with her family.
