on a venue for our ceremony, we thought back to the feeling we had when we first went to Yosemite,” Aubrey says. She and Michael landed on Lower Yosemite Fall specifically because the spot had a paved path that led to the backdrop of the waterfall. “Nature has always allowed us to de-stress, disconnect from the world and reconnect with ourselves,” Aubrey says.
Right after the newlyweds walked down the aisle, they fed each other Blue Star Donuts.

“We went with nature because it represents something pure, untouched and unedited,” Michael says. “That’s what we wanted our wedding to be: just Aubrey and me in a pure commitment.”
