Our suppliers rank amongst the world’s technology leaders in each of their fields. We cater for wide variety hardware platforms from legacy and standard PCs to PC/104 derivates and Small Form Factor technologies, to CompactPCI and OpenVPX, and others yet to come. The areas of deployment cover the entire gamut of commercial and industrial applications. These range from relatively straightforward serial I/O wired connections to complex industrial and maritime applications. These include PLC automation, alarm systems, medical journaling, industrial flow control, rail and road signalling, voice recording, PBX, sewerage, oil & gas, UAVs, AUVs, ROVs, ATC, Space Research, aeronautics, and more. Our portfolio incorporates regular commercial products as well as industrial equipment for rugged environments where there is a requirement for wide temperature ranges and in some cases consideration for vibration. Several of our engineering partners offer custom design facilities. Among such clients to whom we have delivered equipment in recent years are SAAB (devices for monitoring UAVs and other aircraft as part of the EADS MIDCAS project), Kongsberg Maritime and Kapsch TrafficCom. Over the past several decades we have provided synchronous and asynchronous serial devices, and voice recording hardware to many air traffic control centers worldwide.

The OptiLogix HyperWall network-controlled devices provide powerful features for building next-generation fraud detection and prevention systems for PBX's that are connected to Basic Rate or Primary Rate ISDN trunks. HyperWall devices can also be used for real-time Call Centre quality monitoring.

NETWORK CONTROLLED TDM FIREWALL Each unit combines a compact form factor with very low power consumption resulting in unmatched reliability. Embedded DSPs for D-channel decoding, voice processing and IP packet streaming. D-channel signalling supports Call Setup, Connect, Clear, DDI number and CLI number decoding. Supports all major ISDN variants, Q.SIG, DASS-2 and DPNSS. Generic IP stream format (the OptiLogix HyperStream open format) for using HyperWall devices with your own Windows or Linux based call-accounting / fraud-management software. HyperWall devices offer real-time monitoring and unlike conventional CDR/SMDR based solutions, which simply examine switch call records after the fact, HyperWall fraud detection and prevention devices can continuously stream telecoms meta-data in real-time. Once an attack is detected by your call-accounting / fraud-management system, an instruction can be sent to the HyperWall device to drop the ISDN trunk.

The OptiLogix HyperSIP is a software-based OEM VoIP recording building block for recording SIP trunks and is fully integrated into the HyperAPI and is also fully supported by HyperEngine

SIP CALL RECORDING All HyperPCI, HyperXpress and HyperPacket products can be integrated together with HyperSIP into a single Server to create mixed mode Call Recording solutions. SIP signalling is converted into ISDN type of signalling. This results in full compatibility with ISDN interfaces and easy implementation of mixed mode systems. Realtime decoding and synchronized mixing into standard 64kbit/s A-law format. This allows for simple real-time monitoring of channels being recorded. Channel capacity ranging from 10 to 500 channels with support for G.711, G.722 and G.729.
