The entire community is invited to the reception to celebrate the students’ work. Along with viewing the creations of these talented young people, there will be live music provided by Roslyn student musicians. Enjoy the food, beverages, music, and art at the reception. Senator Martins to Hold Senior Scam Prevention Program Monday, June 13, 11:00 AM Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) will be sponsoring a program at The Bryant Library to help senior citizens protect themselves from scams and fraud. Division of Consumer Protection representatives will inform residents about recent scams targeting senior citizens and teach them steps to prevent identity theft, protect their personal information, and avoid becoming a victim of fraud. Seniors will also be able to ask questions. Seniors who would like more information about the scam prevention program on June 13 should call Senator Martins’ office at 516-746-5924.

Roslyn Community Calendar SUNDAY MORNING SOFTBALL IN EAST HILLS PARK The weekly East Hills pick up softball game is looking for a few good men. Games are every Sunday, weather permitting, from 8:30-11:30 at the park in East Hills, off Harbor Hill Road. We have guys who have been playing in this game since the 80¹s, but it¹s been going on even longer than that! Any

men interested in helping continue this thirty plus year tradition are encouraged to attend. drive this year on Saturday, June 4, 2016. As always, the drive will take place at the Theater at The Park at East Hills from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Every pint donated can save up to three (3) lives. Our community has always been most generous with its donations in the past and we hope that the generosity will continue again this year. Donors must be between the ages of 16 and 75 or

have parental permission (for 16 year olds) or a doctor’s note (for those over 75). Minimum weight is 110 lbs. Photo identification is required. While walk-ins are welcome, it is recommended that donors make an appointment so as to shorten any wait time and to make the drive more efficient.
