MUSIC & DANCE INLAND EMPIRE BLUES SOCIETY This nonprofit organization wants music lovers to discover and fall in love with the blues. OPERA COEUR D’ALENE Every summer, Opera CDA presents Opera on the Lake, a two-hour cruise around Lake Coeur d’Alene with performances by nationally and regionally renowned artists. SPOKANE AREA YOUTH CHOIRS Young singers (ages 7-18) develop performance skills, vocal techniques and musicianship at weekly rehearsals as well as perform an annual concert series. SPOKANE FOLKLORE SOCIETY The Folklore Society celebrates the folk arts by focusing on music and dance. One of their main projects is the Fall Folk Festival, and their main activity is contra dancing, a type of traditional New England line dance.
