Come and enjoy a sparkling night filled with fabulous Champagne and delicious food at the ‘Bountiful Brilliant Bubbles’ dinner. Hosted by Champagne world authority, full-time consultant and author Bernadette O’Shea, this night promises to be as intriguing as it is tasty, with five decadent courses each served with perfectly matched Champagnes in the resort’s signature restaurant, Eliza’s. From Ruinart “R” de Ruinart NV to Champagne Philipponnat Sublime Reserve, let the ever entertaining Bernadette take you on a journey through the stellar line-up of Champagne in what will be a true highlight of A Taste of Coolum.
Enjoy a game of golf like never before at Hyatt Regency Coolum’s Australian PGA Championship golf course. The Winemakers Ambrose competition (four players per team) promises to be a fun-filled day of golf, wine tasting and novelty holes. There will be winemakers playing in the field and sponsored holes, along with prizes awarded on both the novelty holes and at the end of the competition for the winners. Be sure to pace yourself for the wine tasting on selected holes - guaranteed to add to the fun of the day. Breakfast will be served during registration and light refreshments will be provided during the presentation at the end of the event.

(including food and beverage) For one night Hyatt Regency Coolum’s Village Square transforms into a lively Italian piazza, buzzing with live cooking stations, great wine and brilliant live entertainment. Join international guest chef Luca Digirolamo as he presents a long list of mouth-watering Italian cuisine, from delicious pizzas, pastas and antipasti, to indulgent dolci desserts. Meanwhile sample wine from some of Australia’s best exponents of Italian-style grape varieties, including Rollo Crittenden, Pizzini and Dal Zotto, as well as beer from Peroni and Grappa and Limoncello liqueurs.
