The first month of 2023 has been a great time to reset and reflect upon the year ahead We took some much-needed time out this month the relax, recharge and rejuvenate our cups so that we are ready to bring you the best of all things body, mind and soul on the Capricorn Coast!

We have received word this afternoon that we have been accepted into CQ University's Social Enterprise Program commencing in February We're excited to learn some new skills and can't wait to see what new ideas we come up with and how we can implement them to help build better support and connections in our community in the name of health and wellbeing.
