PAYMENT All advertising rates are net rates. Cash, check, credit cards and money orders are accepted. In order to reserve a space in The Houstonian a client must provide endorsement on insertion order and make full payment prior to the run date. If payment is not received or the insertion is not signed, the ad cannot run.
CANCELLATION Cancellation of advertising is accepted until the publication deadline. After deadline, the space must be paid for whether the ad runs or not. The Houstonian is not responsible for any omission or error on ads sent after the deadline.

PROOFS AND ERRORS IN ADS Proofs will be provided for all ads made by The Houstonian on pre-made ads. These proofs must be corrected (if needed), signed, and returned by the deadlines. Make goods or adjustments will be considered only for errors that were solely the fault of The Houstonian and will be given at the discretion of the Business Manager. Full refunds will be given only for ads
PRODUCTION SERVICE Any ad The Houstonian designs and produces will be done for an additional fee. After the ad is proofed by the client, The Houstonian is no longer responsible for any errors in the ad.
