May 2, 1519, was the day the famous genius and polymath, Leonardo Da Vinci, passed away in France. Now, 500 years later, Carlos Herrera a Mexican-Canadian modern Polymath, recognized designer and influencer celebrated a historic event to honor Leonardo Da Vinci legacy and his influence on modern creative minds. Said historic event took place exactly 500 years after on May 2nd, at the University of Toronto Mississauga campus. The event featured inspirational talks about creativity by renowned Keynote speaker Steve Joordens, Ph.D. Professor of Psychology at the University of Toronto Scarborough and Director of the Advanced recognized Learning Technologies Lab; Gwyneth Herrera,

11 years old award-winning artist and philanthropist; Ashley Pereira, Storyteller, Canada's Leading Breakthrough author and Ruth Herrera, Resilience Researcher/ writer. The conferences closed with the unveiling of a portrait painting to commemorate creativity. MC Jennifer Lyall, an Intuitive Business Mentor kept the audience engaged with beautiful creative energy during this historic event, by guiding the guests to enjoy the art exhibition featuring Iconic Da Vinci Sketches recreated by hand by Carlos Herrera. A particularly special piece Carlos created for this celebration is a giant canvas of two hands a recreation of Da Vinci's sketch known as the study of
the hands as a tribute to the creative master Leonardo and his passion for human anatomy. An exclusive fashion show took place featuring the collection called "Da Vinci 500 years." Jewelry sculptures were designed by Carlos Herrera based on sacred geometry found in nature.
