P.E.A.K Training

Earlier this year, Waste Solutions launched a new learning and development programme for employees. The P.E.A.K training scheme includes a range of competency requirements specific to various roles within the business with a schedule of training sessions underway across the business units. So far this year, over 45 training sessions have taken place. The competencies come from five categories, known as P.E.A.K’s, which are fundamental to Waste Solutions’ business success:

Many of the training sessions are delivered in house by our support services, external training providers or by our software providers. P.E.A.K is helping us to raise the skills of our employees, identify talent and provide support if needed.
