2012 Washington College head men’s rowing coach John Leekley has announced that Mark Boissonneault (Bowie, Md./DeMatha), John Gould (Litchfield, Conn./The Gunnery), Ryan Miranda (Farmington, Conn./Farmington), and Ben Sproule (Princeton, N.J./Princeton) will serve as the Shoremen’s captains for the 2014-15 academic year. Janine Prokscha finished up a successful season as a senior midfielder for Massachusetts Maritime lacrosse.

2010 5th Reunion Derek Army continued his winning ways as

senior center for the Providence College team. Rowing in Hobart’s second varsity eight boat, senior Chris DePaola was part of a team that won gold medals in the Liberty League and New York State Championships. They also brought home a bronze from the ECAC National Invitational Rowing Championships. Matt and Anna Daylor ran into Chris at the Head of the Charles Regatta in October. He is coaching JV crew at Farmington High School. Nik Campero finished his career as a third baseman for the Massachusetts Minutemen, with a .274 batting average. For the 2014

Sophomore goalkeeper, Aaron Levy played in six games for Wooster College and had a .692 save percentage.

2011 Loyal Dickinson alum Tony Rogers ’61 called our attention to an article about Isaiah Boswell’s success as a summer intern at the FDIC. He landed the internship through the Pathways program fostered by the Obama administration, after touring in DC. http:// www.dickinson.edu/news/article/1197/moving_ forward. Isaiah will graduate this spring with a major in International Business and Management. Holding up the men’s hockey awards was freshman defenseman Danny Divis at St. Michael’s who was named ECAC Rookie of the Year and to the ECAC/East All-Rookie team. He was also named to the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Year.

Sophomore Madeline Boudreau rowed 6th seat in the Trinity College varsity eight boat which won the NCAA Division III National Championship for the first time. The win brought All-New England Small College Athletic Honors to Madeline. P.J. Higgins played second base and lead-off

hitter for Old Dominion University last spring.

2013 Union College women’s lacrosse freshman attack Jackie Hagopian was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week for her performances in April. She tallied six goals over three games for the Dutchwomen last week and recorded her first career hat trick in a close 12–11 loss to Ithaca. News from St. Lawrence University shows Sam Anderson was off to a running start this fall with a key 21 yard reception in the game against the Bears. Harris Owens didn’t let the grass grow under

his feet during his gap year. This past August he released an album, called Perspective. His description: “There are a lot of different genres on the album, ranging from rock music to house music influences, so hopefully everyone can find something they like. You can listen and download it for free by visiting the link below. I was happy to have two of my good friends, Colin Sullivan and Chris Connelly, record a solo or two on the album as well. She was named to the ECAC Women’s East All-Rookie and second team All-Conference teams. She was also named to the Division II/III New England All-Star Team announced by the New England Hockey Writers’ Association.
