Reduction of rework is a key benefit of the tooth system for storing and retaining sashes and doors. The tooth keeps the units separated to prevent hard surfaces touching them, and also stores them like a toaster allowing access without the need to move other units. The Glass Racking Company provides a range of Window factory trestles and tables to assist in the process of window fabrication. All our Window factory trestles have a nonmarking polymer bearing surface to reduce the scratches and damage that can occur when swarf and small joint sealer stick in the carpet and cardboard most commonly used as bearing surfaces.

The Glass Racking Company supplies a site trestle which is similar in design to the factory trestles but manufactured in aluminium, and with a folding capability for easier transportation. The Glass Racking Company also supplies a manual tilting assembly table for those window fabricators that want an easier and safer way to tilt a window from horizontal to vertical and back during fabrication, glazing, or for loading/unloading.
