The racks come in various lengths to allow for configuration specific to your vehicle and needs. Contact points for the windscreen are protected with polymers and foam to reduce damage to the windscreens. Construction is aluminium for lightweight, long life and durability. The rack easily disassembles into a small flat unit for easy storage. The retention system for the windscreens uses polymer cams which are offset so that they can be rotated to tighten against the windscreens to secure them, and loosened for windscreen removal. This provides the best windscreen retention available which reduces the likelihood of rub damage while in transit, and assists with health and safety of staff in the vehicles in the event of a collision.

The Glass Racking Company roofbars have been designed and manufactured for carrying one of the heaviest loads carried by vans - glass. The roof brackets are gussetted for strength, and the roofbar is heavy guage T6 aluminium and designed for strength. The top section of the roofbar allows for simple connection of a variety of components for securing items such as ladders, storage boxes, and storage pipes to the roof.
