The Glass Racking Company provides a range of windscreen racks for installation either at the business or in a vehicle such as a van. The racks come in various lengths to allow for configuration specific to your vehicle and needs. Contact points for the windscreen are protected with polymers and foam to reduce damage to the windscreens. Construction is aluminium for lightweight, long life and durability. The rack easily disassembles into a small flat unit for easy storage. The retention system for the windscreens uses polymer cams which are offset so that they can be rotated to tighten against the windscreens to secure them, and loosened for windscreen removal. This provides the best windscreen retention available which reduces the likelihood of rub damage while in transit, and assists with health and safety of staff in the vehicles in the event of a collision.

The Glass Racking Company site cutting table has been designed to assist windscreen replacement businesses which need to cut laminated glass onsite for the replacement of windscreens in vehicles such as tractors and earthmoving equipment. The table folds flat for ease of transportation, then is easily assembled on site. Weight is minimised by use of aluminium framing. When assembled the table provides a flat surface even when on uneven ground due to the adjustable feet. The table includes a special area for cutting mirrors. The Glass Racking Company also provides van fitouts including van floors, workbenches, pullout trays, pullout drawers, and shelving systems. These components allow a glazier, window fabricator, installer or tradesperson to have a vehicle setup exactly the way they want it by a company which knows their industry, and listens to the specifics they require.
