Thank you for choosing our home to enjoy while you ' re visiting Northern Michigan We hope you have a wonderful time during your stay
This is a family cabin that we frequently visit situated in the middle of eleven acres of land If you have spent any time in Northern Michigan, then you know what a special place it is Almost year-round, there is something to do, and our cabin is in the middle of everything. Our family cabin has sleeping space for 7 people
In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed Located in the living room, the couch pulls out into a queen size bed We selected the most comfortable pull-out we could find since it is frequently used In the room located near the dining table, there is a bunk bed with a trundle bed located underneath The three twin-size mattresses are ideal for small children. Finally, there is a bed located in the loft above the stairs to the main floor This makes a total of 6 mattresses and sleeping for 8 However, we only advertise sleeping for 7 as the lofted bed is only accessed via a ladder which can be dangerous at night There is one bathroom with a scenic view out over the property On the deck is a charcoal grill for grilling out Make sure to bring charcoal if you plan to utilize it Out front by the entrance is a firepit to hang out with friends and have drinks Our family primarily uses this cabin as a great home base for day trips out in the surrounding area Then we enjoy coming back to grill out, make fires, and relax. We hope you love our cabin as much as we do!
Note On the Surrounding Area:
Interroad Trail is a seasonal road that used to be an old logging road Today it is the main path to our cabin and the homes of our neighbors The trail runs directly through all of our properties Although 11226 Interroad Tr is rented throughout the year, the other properties, specifically to the North, are home to allyear residents. To our neighbors, the trail is equivalent to a main road in a subdivision. We ask that renters keep their speed down when utilizing the trail, as there are on occasion children and animals on it Additionally, renters should note that if they walk North on the trail (left out of the cabin's driveway) they are walking through our neighbor's property Should you do this, be mindful of how it may appear to have a "stranger" walking through the woods near your home We also ask that renters avoid producing loud noises, or music outside of the cabin past 10PM Finally, Northern Michigan is beautiful, please help us keep it that way by not littering! Thank you in advance for your understanding.
