Eligibility: U.S. citizenship; Maryland
residency; at least 16 years of age (must be 18 years old by the next general election); must not have been convicted of buying or selling votes; must not have been convicted of a felony, or have served all court-ordered sentences of imprisonment, parole, or probation for the conviction.
