In 2016, The Blenheim Business Association began work on an interactive and playful ‘mile-long’ walking loop thoughout the town centre coined “The Marlborough Mile”. The Mile seeks to celebrate and reflect Marlborough’s wider social, ecological, economic and cultural context within the heart of Blenheim’s CBD and in doing so invite Marlburians to re-engage with the town centre in a new way, offering new and different reasons to come to town.
