Dear Members, Welcome to the November/December edition of The Bulletin, and may I take this opportunity to wish you and yours a very happy festive season ahead! In this issue, we have a feature on the thriving bread and savouries markets where fresh-baked and innovative flavours are driving healthy market growth.
