ties. Toronto Humane Society (THS) officials filed a fraud complaint with Toronto police after an email sent to them in December by the Indiegogo campaign administrator stated they would not be getting the funds, THS officials reported. Toronto police confirmed Wednesday the investigation, at this point, is closed. “As of right now, there is nothing criminal,” Toronto police spokesperson Const. Ward 1 councillor and deputy mayor Vince Crisanti’s decision to quit two boards just weeks after being appointed was simply a time management issue, he said in an interview. The decision had nothing to do with health matters indicated from a trip by ambulance to hospital last week, said
