Pam has a passion for working with Luxury Real Estate, New Construction and Sellers looking to upgrade or downsize their lifestyle. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University with more than 20 years of Real estate experience her corporate background covers the areas of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Underwriting.

Pam is also the founder and CEO of PRG Properties, a Real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, re-development, sales and investment company in Chicago, IL and the surrounding suburbs. She has been successful at building generational wealth and a legacy through Real Estate by investing, fix & flip, re development, and selling rehabbed properties.

Pam believes that homeownership is the cornerstone of building generational wealth in our communities. She is committed to helping others reach their financial goals through real estate, ownership and investments. She serves as the newly Appointed Co-Chair of the Education Department for the Dearborn Realist Board and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and Women's Council.

Her mission is to Inspire and empower others through education and real estate to build generational wealth for their families while making and impact in our communities. She facilitates real estate educational workshops around the Chicago land area, and will be a special featured guest on the The Lux Life Podcast, May 2023 edition.
